Now Hiring - Electronic Claims Specialist
ZOLL Data Systems is looking for a specialist in Electronic Claims to work with our Provider Relations Group. In this role, you would be responsible for working with clients and clearing houses to implement and trouble shoot solutions for ECMs and Forms in the RescueNet Billing suite. Successful applicant for this role will have a strong background in medical billing including resolving rejected claims and batches and working with electronic claims. Additional qualifications include a strong focus on working with customers to solve problems and a passion for computers.

ZOLL Data Systems is on the lookout for an accomplished technical writer to join our team. In this role, you would be responsible for writing technical documentation for our full suite of RescueNet products. Successful applicant for this role will have a minimum of 3 years of experience writing complex technical documentation and will have participated in full life cycle documentation.

We are also looking to add a customer oriented support technician to our team. In this role, you would be responsible for providing phone support to dispatchers, paramedics, EMTs, and medical billers across the country and for assisting them with their business processes. Required background for this position includes 3+ years of experience in customer service, a strong background in computers, and excellent customer service skills. Formalized education or professional background involving computers and computer technology highly desired. Now Hiring - Deployment Specialists
Our Deployment Specialists travel to EMS client sites to install the RescueNet Suite and train our new users and system administrators. Successful candidates for this role join ZOLL Data Systems after spending a number of years in the field as Paramedics, EMTs, Dispatchers, and Medical Billers. IT Managers and Systems Administrators from EMS companies also have a high level of success. Deployment Specialists must be technically astute on the Microsoft platform, reside in or around the Denver area (occasional exceptions made), have experience teaching small groups, and possess great customer service and communication skills. Travel for this position ranges from 60% to 75%. We have openings in our ePCR group but our Dispatch and Billing groups are currently full.

Our Custom Solutions Group is now hiring a Software Development Project Manager. In this role, you would be responsible for working on multiple simultaneous small to mid sized projects to develop requirements documents and to manage the projects through development and implementation. Successful candidates for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a software development firm and have an undergraduate degree in Computers, Engineering, or some other analytical discipline.

Our Code Data Team writes software for defibrillators and integrates those devices with our ePCR application. They are actively recruiting a Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, you would be responsible for developing and executing test cases and for participating in release cycles. Successful candidate will have 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience and a degree in computers or engineering.

Our RescueNet Dispatch and Billing group is looking for a Junior level QA Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities would include the development and execution of test cases and for participating in releases. 2 or 4 year degree in computers or engineering or 18 months of QA experience required.

Now Hiring - Mid and Senior .NET Developers
Several of our programming teams are looking for quality minded developers to participate at Mid and Senior levels. Our applications are developed in .NET so proven success in that environment is a pre-requisite for this role. Additional requirements include an ability to contribute in planning meetings and code reviews and to mentor Junior level developers. Experience working in structured environment and delivering projects on time is a big plus.
