From Data to Knowledge is a live webinar series presented by ZOLL in collaboration with IPS. The series is FREE of Charge! If you want to improve your data analysis skills; If you are are searching for deeper insights on what’s happening in your EMS or fire operations; or if you are are looking for more ways to put all of that data from your ZOLL software to work; then these webinars are for you. Whether you are a seasoned data analyst, operations director, or a new supervisor with responsibility for using data to help manage your part of the organization – these webinars will offer useful, practical information to improve your knowledge and skills.

IPS is an internationally recognized EMS and fire rescue industry leader in helping organizations become more effective and efficient. IPS President Mic Gunderson and CEO Todd Hatley will be the lead faculty for this interactive series of webinars.

Participants will have lots of opportunity to ask questions, offer comments and experiences, and learn new skills. Some of the webinars will include data analysis templates and sample data so you can follow along on your own computer while the faculty takes you step by step through the exercises. Each webinar will last between 30-60 minutes. All you need is a broadband connection to your PC and a telephone (or use the VoIP option).
